Booth Holder / Demonstrator's Contract

Schedule:
Thursday Sept. 18th:
Set Up 1 pm - 9 pm
Early bird show review 6 pm - 9 pm (No sales prior to 6 pm please)
 
Friday, Sept. 19th:
Show hours 9 am - 5:30 pm
Banquet - 7:30 pm
 
Saturday, Sept. 20th:
Show hours: 9 - 4 pm
(Please do not close before 4 pm. When we advertise that we are open till 4 we need to be open till then.)
 

Tables: 8' x 32".  Tables will be skirted.  Cost of the first table is $50.00. Additional tables are $45.00 each.  I will need ______ tables.  Please specify what products you will be selling _________________________________________________________

There will be no admittance fee charged.  Each exhibitor and/or dealer is responsible for their own sales tax collections and payment.  This contract cannot be reassigned on tables or subleased and is only for the person(s) to whom it is issued.

I am willing to donate a door prize for the banquet (yes)____ (no) _____.  These will be collected Thursday so they can be displayed on a special table until the banquet.  Donors will be announced at the banquet.  Thank you for your support.

The Pennsylvania Porcelain Artist and the Quality Inn and Conference Center cannot be held responsible for any claim of loss from fire, theft, accident, or any other damages incurred during setup, duration, or dismantling of all properties for the show, including any cost, fees of investigation of any claim or demand.  Show rooms will be locked during unscheduled hours.

A minimum deposit of 50% is required with your signed contract by April 1, 2008.  Balance is due by June 1, 2008.  Cancellations received before July 1, 2008, will be refunded less $10.00.  No refunds after July 1, 2008.  Win $20 off the cost of your table in an early bird drawing on Aril 2, 2008.  You get 1 ticket if we receive your contract by 3/1/08, 2 tickets by 2/1/08, 3 by 1/1/08, 4 by 12/1/07, 5 by 11/1/07, 6 by 10/1/07, 7 by 9/1/07, 8 by 8/1/07, 9 by 7/1/07 & 10 tickets entered if received by 6/1/07.  The earlier you send in your contract the more chances you have to win.
