Each video/DVD is a two hour lesson. They are PROFESSIONAL QUALITY and not produced by a home video. Price on each is $75.00 plus $4.50 postage. Note that Video/DVD #8 is one hour, twenty minutes and is $50.00 (plus $4.50 for postage).

Video/DVD #1 - Roses, Leaves, Pansies

Basics in brush control. A lesson on painting a yellow rose, background filtering and lessons on leaves and stems. The second portion is a step by step lesson for pansies.

Video/DVD #2 - Violets, Scrolls, Enamel Work

This video/DVD gives an excellent lesson concerning painting violets. It will show first and second fires and also will give a lesson on using washes on a final fire.

Video/DVD #3 - Wild Roses - powdering and glazing

The #3 video/DVD will give you a lesson on painting wild roses. It will show you the first through the final fire and is a very colorful video/DVD.

Video/DVD #4 - Basics for beginners and step by step lessons on baby roses, small daisies and forget-me-nots

This is a wonderful lesson for the newer student or for the teacher who would like help and suggestions for teaching the new student. I give step by step lessons on baby roses, small daisies and forget-me-nots. Also a project on an 8" plate with roses and leaves in various stages of growth, no background.

This video/DVD has a wealth of information on painting roses. I give lessons on painting white roses, pink roses and the dark, rich American Beauty rose.

Video/DVD #7 - Daisies & Cornflowers

The #7 video/DVD covers lessons on painting daisies and cornflowers. Various color schemes are used, and I show a step by step procedure. Included is a lesson on applying washes on final fire. Also a demonstration showing the use and applications of resist. Beautiful bright colors in this video/DVD.

Video/DVD #8- Through the Years with Helen Humes

This wonderful new tape is a collection of Helen's favorite pieces. This is like having a private tour with a dear friend as Helen shares memories of certain pieces along with the colors used and many painting tips. The tape runs for one hour and twenty minutes and is also available on DVD.

In putting this material together I have in mind new teachers who are embarking on their careers and need helps and suggestions concerning procedures in teaching. It is a wonderful course outline for those who teach adult education classes which I taught for thirteen years. If you are a new student, this book will be of great value to you.
